The program

Michael DePappa, a sole proprietor, sends one-to-one text messages through his assistant line, “Jarvis,” to people who have agreed to receive them. Texts are about scheduling or confirming time with Michael, following up on a call or message you left, passing along Michael’s reply or callback time, and reminders you asked for. Every text starts with “Michael DePappa’s assistant, Jarvis:”. There is no marketing or promotional content.

How you join

You join only by (1) ticking the optional, unchecked consent box on the request form at jarvisdial.com, (2) texting the line first, or (3) saying yes when Jarvis asks on a call whether you’d like a text follow-up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a week while something is being coordinated. Message and data rates may apply; those are charges from your mobile carrier.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed or not delivered because of carrier issues, coverage or a phone being off.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
